The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our client's team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and advice to support investment and asset management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed financial models to appraise investments across the UK, including residential, shopping centre, and hotel sectors.
  • Participate in investment committee meetings and present financial reporting and strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Conduct full life-cycle exposure, including appraising existing development and asset management work to ensure business plans are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain investment memoranda and supporting documentation to support transaction execution.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-sufficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel financial modelling skills, with the ability to construct bespoke cash flows and model complex financial structures.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative and driven environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
