Job Title: Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Fund Managers and Senior Analysts in monitoring existing investments and portfolios within our Real Estate Solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of existing holdings within the Solutions Investment Platform, ensuring that client portfolios are positioned to meet performance objectives.
  2. Investment Analysis: Underwrite proposed new investments and make investment recommendations to the investment committee, utilizing your knowledge of real estate investment industry trends and best practices.
  3. Client Portfolio Management: Assist in the management and reporting of client portfolios, helping to ensure that client portfolios are aligned with their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  4. Risk Management: Monitor and review portfolios against risk parameters and other criteria on a regular basis, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  5. ESG Integration: Ensure that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations are fully integrated into the investment process, and our approach to sustainability is communicated to all clients.
  6. New Business Development: Assist in the drafting of new RFPs and pitching for new mandates, helping to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
Requirements:
  1. Commercial Acumen: Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness and ability to work to deadlines.
  2. Team Player: Ability to work in a self-motivated manner as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  3. Real Estate Experience: Strong real estate investment industry experience, with a deep understanding of multi-manager investment, funds, and secondary transactions.
  4. ESG Knowledge: Familiarity with ESG considerations and ability to integrate them into the investment process.
  5. Strong Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed investment decisions.
