Job Title: Fund Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fund Management Analyst to join our Core UK real estate investment management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior investment professionals on sales and acquisitions, preparing quarterly investor reports and presentations, and managing the day-to-day relationship with MSCI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior investment professionals on sales and acquisitions
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports and presentations
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with MSCI
  • Assist in the oversight of third-party managing agents to drive asset performance
  • Support the core team on strategic growth initiatives across the business
Requirements:
  • 1 to 4 years' experience working in real estate investment management, private practice, or real estate investment banking/corporate finance
  • Excellent numerical and modelling skills, with the ability to build models in Microsoft Excel from scratch
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A desire to grow into an investment management function over time
