About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Real Estate Investments team at PSP Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes, including residential, office, retail, and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate financial models related to real estate investments, including debt and equity transactions
  • Analyze cash flows and project returns, as well as the impact of different assumptions on performance
  • Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Global Real Estate Committee meetings
  • Support investment managers in the due diligence process, including summarizing and following up on external reports
  • Draft internal documents to make recommendations to senior leadership, including investment committee memos and business plans for assets/ventures
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in real estate investments or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, combined with strong analytical skills
  • M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CA, or CFA designation are assets
  • High level of proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office (most specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
