About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor at Comfort Call Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of compassion, resilience, and ability to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients, adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews to identify training and development needs.
- Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Identify and report safeguarding incidents in accordance with our policies and practices.
Requirements
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in the service user's home (although full training is provided).
- Compassion and ability to care for others.
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
