About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skills and Development Coach to join our team at First Intuition. As a Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices working for some of the biggest names in practice and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with learners and line managers to provide guidance and support throughout their apprenticeship journey
  • Use our bespoke e-portfolio system to monitor learner progression and provide feedback on portfolio submissions
  • Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers to discuss progress and set goals
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment and ensure they reach their highest potential in all knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards
  • Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date

Requirements:

  • Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate learners with an enthusiasm for learning
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to represent the brand to clients and apprentices
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook)
