About the Role

Job Title: Skills and Development Coach

This is an exciting opportunity to join First Intuition as a Skills and Development Coach, where you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Use our bespoke e-portfolio system to guide learner development and provide non-technical feedback on portfolio submissions.
  • Monitor learner progression to ensure they meet the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure seamless delivery of the apprenticeship programme.

Requirements:

  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners, with a passion for learning and development.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the brand to clients and apprentices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Microsoft literacy, with proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Desired:

  • Accountancy background or knowledge.
  • Apprenticeship experience.
