About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Designate Centre Manager to join our team and support our Autocentre business in driving business performance and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading in-centre teams, supporting local centres, and driving a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate in-centre teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
- Support local centres within a reasonable travel time to drive business performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Manage and optimize profit and loss (P&L) to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve company goals
- Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential to earn more)
- 5 days a week
