Co-production Co-ordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Co-production Co-ordinator to join our team at Clinks. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing co-production within our Peer to Peer (P2P) Service and managing our organisational wide Community Forum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing co-production plans for each service
  • Supporting Service Leads in designing and developing co-production strategies
  • Representing the voice of Service Users across the organisation
  • Embedding co-production within our organisation

We are particularly interested in hearing from women who have personal experience of the criminal justice system, those with disabilities, and those from Black or Racially Minoritised Communities who are currently under-represented in our organisation.
