About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and preparing bills and taking payments.
  • Take care of the finer details, ensuring that our guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
  • Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer, providing recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and computer-based work, to ensure seamless operations.
