About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Sales Assistant at our Roofing branch in High Wycombe. As the face of SIG, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers, both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information and recommendations.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Work closely with the branch team to develop and maintain new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively target new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Ability to engage with customers and have some sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of products and services.
  • Previous internal sales support experience would be an advantage.
