About the Role

SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe, offering a wide range of insulation and interiors products, as well as roofing and exterior products.

We are currently seeking a Trade Counter Sales Assistant for our Roofing branch at High Wycombe, who will provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both over the phone and in person. This is an ideal role for an outgoing and personable individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing product information
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, targeting both new and existing customers
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain sales records
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Ability to engage with customers and have some sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in the construction industry, with product knowledge
  • Previous internal sales support experience would be beneficial
