About the RoleWe are currently looking to recruit a Trade Counter Sales Assistant for our Roofing branch at High Wycombe who will provide first-class customer service to all customers 'over the counter,' and undertake Sales Coordinator duties as and when required.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
- Provide key product information to customers visiting our busy Trade Counter.
- Help develop and maintain new sales opportunities, proactively targeting both new and existing customers.
- Input orders onto our system and maintain our sales records.
- Ability to engage with customers and have some sales experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver good quality customer service.
- Experience in the construction industry, and ideally have product knowledge.
- Previous internal sales support experience would be great, as would sales order processing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic and motivated with excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
