Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Trade Counter/Warehouse Assistant for our client based in High Wycombe. This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced trade counter environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the warehouse team. Key responsibilities include:
* Serving customers over the trade counter and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting customers with product knowledge and answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers
* Processing orders and responding to customer inquiries
* Picking and packing customer orders and supporting with regular stock takes and inventory management
Requirements:
* Previous trade counter experience is an advantage
* A full UK driving licence is required
* Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
