Care Management Coordinator

PSR Solutions is currently seeking a committed Care Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team in the domiciliary care sector.
Role Overview:- Attractive annual remuneration of £23,000
- Full-time employment, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
- Includes on-call duties
- Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days after three years of service
- Parental leave benefits including maternity, adoption, and paternity pay
- Provision for sick leave and death in service benefits
In this position, you will oversee care staff, engage in fieldwork, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care services. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
Qualifications for the Care Coordinator Position:- Experience in managing care support services is essential
- Strong understanding of effective care methodologies
- Proficient in task prioritization
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
