About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Spirit Cartel, a leading spirits agency house. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our portfolio of spirit brands
  • Lead our Brand Management team and manage direct reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and manage brand reporting
  • Manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI on marketing investments
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Senior Brand Manager in the spirits or beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of the spirits market in the UK and ability to interpret market data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving brand growth and achieving business objectives
