- Minimum 36 months management experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in coaching, training, and recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and preparing reports, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- A competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive pension scheme and 28 days annual leave, including 8 Bank Holidays.
