Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at The One Group. As a Nightshift Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing hygiene standards, improving quality and yield performance, and nurturing a high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hygiene Standards: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols to ensure optimal hygiene standards.
  • Quality and Yield Performance: Improve quality and yield performance by implementing best practices and optimizing hygiene standards.
  • Workforce Development: Nurture a high-performance workforce by providing training, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Cost Reduction and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement lean processes and continuous improvement programs.
  • Safety and Well-being: Improve safety and well-being by implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Labour Budget and KPIs: Manage labour budgets and deliver departmental KPIs and personal development reviews (PDRs).
  • Site Audits: Ensure the site is always audit-ready for BRC and customer audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years in a similar role managing a team in a challenging environment.
  • Certifications: COSHH Trained, HACCP Level 2, FLT Trained, First Aid Trained, and Fire Marshal.
