LOCATION: Keele, UK

Role Overview

At Biocomposites, we are experiencing significant expansion as we strive to enhance our ability to assist more patients by broadening our market reach into new specialties and regions.

The Production Operations Leader will take charge of guiding, mentoring, and synchronizing all manufacturing processes to meet production and organizational objectives across various production lines. This position is also accountable for fulfilling all necessary safety, quality, delivery, cost, and regulatory compliance obligations throughout the manufacturing operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Level 6 qualification, ideally in Engineering or Manufacturing (Business)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous
  • Extensive experience in either low volume high mix or high speed, high volume medical device production
  • Manufacturing experience with ISO 5 medical devices
  • Familiarity with material requirements planning (MRP) systems
  • Proven success in developing and mentoring individuals and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
