Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our top-ranked Private Client department at Reed, providing expert legal support to our leading Private Client Partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client care and a desire to further their legal career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal support to Private Client Partners, including research, document preparation, and case management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and at least 2 years of Private Client legal experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software.
