A prestigious law firm in Cheltenham is seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join their team at Senior Associate or Partner level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with experience in drafting and conducting employment tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters to clients, including corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct employment tribunal proceedings for both Respondents and Claimants.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and attend networking events to promote the firm's services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in England and Wales (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE.
  • Confident in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
