Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join our team as a Room Ambassador. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
- Reservations and Queries: Manage reservations queries with a kind and considered approach, providing accurate and timely information to our guests.
- Local Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local events and culture, offering guests authentic experiences and contributing to cultural programming.
- Cafe Operations: Assist with the running of our in-house cafe, preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to team meetings with constructive feedback.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- F&B Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Service Focus: A strong service-focused attitude and passion for delivering world-class experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in relevant property management software systems and other IT tools.
- Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Additional languages are an asset.
