Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Holiday Operations Supervisor to oversee our exquisite holiday properties located in the picturesque Duddon Valley and the central and southern regions of the lakes. Our team is small yet passionate about maintaining the high standards we offer to our visitors.
This is a permanent position requiring availability on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, along with two additional days. A personal vehicle is necessary for this role, and complimentary parking is provided. We will supply a laptop and mobile device for your use.
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: £22,698 annually
Internally, this role is referred to as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for onboarding new team members and ensuring the delivery of a seamless, effective service. This includes managing changeovers, service cleans, and property openings while upholding exceptional presentation standards. You will coordinate routine maintenance and repairs and address customer inquiries in accordance with the National Trust Holidays Toolkit.
Compliance with health and safety regulations and effective environmental management is crucial. Familiarity with risk assessments, COSHH protocols, accident reporting, and fire safety procedures is expected.
