Property Checker

Location: Ambleside

Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM, 5 days per week to include a weekend day on a rota basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated property checker who will assist in checking the cleanliness and quality of our growing portfolio of holiday cottages across the Lake District.

**Duties**:
To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across our portfolio

To be well organised, work well as part of a team and individually

Ensure stocks of guest sundries are ordered, well-kept and accounted for

Work with our in-house laundry team to ensure all linens are prepared for each changeover

Assist with and coordinate our team of self-employed cleaners and internal housekeepers during our main changeover days of Monday, Friday and Saturdays

Ensure all properties are kept to a high standard and raise any stock/maintenance issues promptly

Assist with general department and wider business administration

A full clean driving license will be necessary to drive our company vehicles

**Salary**: £23,920.00-£24,960.00 per year
