You’ll provide essential coordination support which keeps Fix the Fells running smoothly. You’ll be communicating with the project team, our volunteers, and the public; preparing and sharing project information and data; responding to enquiries; and attending meetings. Each day will likely be different to the one before, with plenty of variety and a great bunch of people to work with.

**Hours**:Part time, 22.5 hours per week, flexible across the week

**Salary**:FTE £25,000pa, Actual £15,000pa

What you'll be doing:Day to day, you’ll be coordinating and looking after our project records. This includes ensuring our annual work plan is kept up to date, and collating timesheets and completed path work records. You’ll analyse these, and other records such as path surveys, to produce data which supports resource and financial planning decisions, and to keep our partners and funders up to date. You’ll be involved in fundraising coordination and will be the first point of contact for public enquiries. You’ll also provide support in securing permissions for our work and in our volunteer coordination. You’ll attend core Fix the Fells operational meetings, coordinating the agenda and papers, and taking minutes. All in all, it’s a broad and varied role, where it is the relationships you build within the Fix the Fells team, and the satisfaction of being involved in many aspects of the project, which make it a truly rewarding role.

**Who we're looking forWe’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience or understanding of working in a cross-organisational partnership
- Experience of managing and prioritising a variety of work tasks
- Good communication skills adaptable to internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, volunteers, partner organisations and funders
- Skills in coordination of meetings, taking accurate notes and recording agreed actions
- Intermediate skills in Excel, along with ability to organize and maintain good records.
