About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenditure accounting, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial management control, raising purchase orders, and setting up purchase invoices.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Maintain financial management control by adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Raise purchase orders and set up purchase invoices, ensuring accurate allocation and coding.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in expenditure accounting and financial management control.

- A competitive annual salary ranging from £31,000 to £33,600 (pro rata - 21hrs per week) based on qualifications and experience.
