Overview: We are collaborating with a highly esteemed consultancy seeking to enhance their team with a Senior Civil Engineering Lead specializing in Water Engineering.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a dedicated Water Team involved in prominent infrastructure initiatives both domestically and internationally.
  • Contribute to a diverse array of significant projects for water authorities, contractors, and governmental bodies, encompassing potable water and sewage systems, as well as treatment facilities at various stages from feasibility to operational management.

Collaboration: Work in close partnership with engineers, hydraulic modellers, environmental scientists, and technical experts to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

Project Management: Take charge of complex tasks and projects, overseeing budgets and timelines effectively.

Technical Leadership: Lead the technical execution of multiple projects, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables through thorough review processes.

Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to define project scopes, prepare pricing proposals, and provide updates on project progress.

Team Development: Mentor junior staff, offering guidance and conducting performance evaluations to foster their professional growth.
