Compensation: Up to £55,000 | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Annual Bonus | Stakeholder Pension | 25 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Construction Site Supervisor, you will report directly to the Project Manager, overseeing deep excavation, gas mains, service replacements, and reinstatement activities.
  • Act as the Competent Person, ensuring compliance with regulations through regular site inspections.
  • Guarantee that all projects are executed in accordance with CDM Regulations safely and accurately, with proper documentation and records.
  • Ensure the timely availability of all necessary equipment and materials on-site.
  • Engage with clients and local authorities to maintain effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience in civil engineering, particularly in deep excavation, gas mains (up to 10 inches), and service replacement, with a solid understanding of technical standards and specifications.
  • Possession of NRSWA Supervisor and Competent Person certifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
