We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our managers and employees, ensuring that all HR processes are managed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policy.
- Work closely with the L&D team to ensure that managers are trained in relevant company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring they are embedded across the group.
- Prepare and present accurate data and information for SMT reports as required.
- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Experience using HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38-40,000 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The role will require you to be on-site initially for 2 months and then 1 day working from home.
