Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a market-leading manufacturing plant in the UK. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, sensors, relays, drives, and PLCs.
  • Conduct fault finding and basic modifications to electrical equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices.
  • Participate in a tailored training program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Formal Electrical Engineering Qualification.
  • Electrical and Mechanical skills, with a bias on Electrical skills.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing.
