Administrative Support Officer

Position Overview: Our esteemed public sector client is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to become an integral part of their team.
Role Duration: This is a temporary position, initially expected to last until the end of November, with full-time hours of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive pay rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive financial and administrative assistance to the Education Support Team.
- Provide secretarial services, including managing calendars, coordinating meeting locations, drafting agendas, and preparing minutes.
- Organize and facilitate training events, programs, and conferences.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources.
- Enhance communication channels by developing newsletters and updating digital platforms for broader audience accessibility.
- Conduct research and compile complex information into organized databases and spreadsheets.
- Utilize gathered information to aid in report preparation for various partnership meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for submission to influential organizations.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess proven experience in an administrative capacity, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, and have a valid DBS check.
