Job Title: Brand and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our email marketing strategy, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage email campaigns to promote our products and services, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement email marketing campaigns, including creative development, copywriting, and data analysis.
  • Manage and maintain our email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing activities.
  • Work closely with our Email Marketing Manager to develop and implement testing plans, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy and develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
