Job Summary:

Harrington Starr is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the governance and strategic oversight of our client's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. As a key member of the EMEA cyber security function, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our client's IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Oversight: Ensure that the IAM function delivered by service providers meets the business requirements of our client's EMEA operations.
  • Provisioning and Recertification: Oversee the day-to-day provisioning, recertification, and related activities of Security Access Administration in London, serving as a contact point for escalation across EMEA.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units to actively seek out improvement opportunities in areas of Identity & Access Management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance function within the Security team to provide timely responses to any matters concerning regulatory/audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of processes around Identity & Access Management from both a business and IT perspective.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrate significant functional and industry-specific experience and expertise with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Possess strong stakeholder management skills, including working with diverse teams in other regions.
  • Data Analysis: Have good experience in data analysis, MS Office suite applications, and access management platforms.
