Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer - Rooms Preventative to join our team at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including inspecting and repairing grout and caulking, replacing light fixtures, and ensuring all necessary hardware and appliances are present and in working order.
- Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms in accordance with property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
- Perform miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
- Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
