Commercial Manager

MJM Industrial Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial and contractual aspects of airport projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage NEC4 contracts to deliver project financials to planned targets.
  • Oversee project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements.
  • Lead commercial and contract management of airport projects.
  • Control change management process and take responsibility for financial management of projects.
  • Manage a commercial team across airport projects and protect/maximize company returns.
Requirements:
  • Strong management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent project management and negotiating skills.
  • NEC4 experience and experience leading multi-million-pound projects.
  • Desirable: Baggage Handling or Heathrow experience and Qualified Quantity Surveyor/Member of the institute of chartered surveyors.
