About the Role

The Associate Director for the European Region will be responsible for leading the direct and indirect channel in the region, reporting directly to the Vice President, International region. The primary focus will be to increase market share and profitability in the region across the Intrusion portfolio, driving expansion and growth in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and leading a significant employee team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion and growth of the Intrusion portfolio in the European Region
  • Lead a significant employee team to achieve strategic and financial objectives
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for each line of business
  • Build organizational capability with sales, operations, and support functions across the region

Requirements

  • Progressive responsibility for sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business
  • Demonstrable track record of success in the region
  • Knowledge of commercializing a product and designing go-to-market strategies
  • Technically proficient in the Security Product industry
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across business areas
