About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to deliver business improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, and project management.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: APMP Project Management Qualification (PMQ), APMG Change Management Foundation, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
