We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at EA Solutions as an Office Administrative Opening. This part-time role will be based in a remote office setting, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming attitude and greet company contacts in a friendly manner.
  • Attend Zoom meetings to take detailed minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with responsibility.
  • Assist with specialized and sensitive reports.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as personal computers, facsimile machines, copiers, and adding machines.
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Average computer skills in Word, Excel, and email.

Skills:

  • Demonstrate commitment by maintaining a consistent and dependable work schedule.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Comfortably take the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities.
  • Anticipate needs and respond to situations in a responsible manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify, and define problems while searching for solutions.
  • Detail-oriented nature is key.
  • Monitor and check work or information and plan and organize times and resources efficiently.

Compensation:

This position pays £18.50+ per hour based on experience.
