Position Overview:
Our Housing Services Contact Centre (HSC) is seeking to hire dedicated Housing Advisors to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess experience in property maintenance and familiarity with the Northgate system. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about effectively managing resident expectations and delivering exceptional customer service via telephone. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing various service areas such as property repairs, leasehold rents, estate management, and general customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inquiries from residents through telephone, in-person, email, and written correspondence, providing guidance and assistance in resolving issues at the initial point of contact.
2. Schedule appointments and coordinate with specialized support teams for seamless service delivery.
3. Document actions and outcomes in the appropriate ICT system while managing customer records efficiently.
4. Offer customer service at all THH contact points and adapt to deliver services during agreed operational hours.
5. Conduct outbound communications to assist vulnerable residents and gather feedback through satisfaction surveys.
6. Perform various customer service support tasks, including processing forms and managing documentation.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of housing policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in direct engagement with residents.
Additional Information:
This role allows for hybrid working arrangements following the training period. Business hours are structured to meet operational needs.
