Food Product Innovation Specialist

To achieve this, we seek a passionate individual with a genuine enthusiasm for creative and trend-driven product development. The ideal candidate will possess the practical skills to transform innovative concepts into delicious, market-ready products, while also being willing to travel internationally for research and factory trials.
Key Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in creative product development (Desirable) Familiarity with manufacturing processes relevant to our brands, particularly in pasteurization and sterilization A degree in Food Science/Technology or a related field, such as HNC Food Science/Technology or BTEC Food Science Culinary qualifications or experience will also be considered A true passion for food and innovative product development (Desirable) Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently while also collaborating effectively within a team Desired attributes include creativity, adaptability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.Responsibilities:
Oversee the R&D program for New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the product area. Lead the scale-up process through pilot plant and factory trials in collaboration with operations and technical teams. Collaborate with marketing to generate new ideas and refine project concepts. Stay informed about current trends in cuisines, ingredients, and consumer preferences. Analyze ingredient functionality and partner with suppliers to explore new opportunities. Manage documentation and processes related to projects effectively. Work alongside Sensory and Marketing teams to establish benchmarks and conduct product assessments. Leverage internal and external resources to drive innovation and improvements. Coordinate with technical support across all manufacturing sites to ensure quality standards and efficient program delivery.Benefits:
