Our extensive portfolio of cooking sauces and soups is experiencing significant growth, driven by innovation. We aim to achieve 10% of our annual turnover through new product development each year. This ambitious vision requires a talented individual with a deep understanding of food science and a genuine love for culinary exploration.

Your Role
  • Lead the research, development, and implementation of innovative new products within our existing portfolio and explore exciting new cuisines and formats.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to translate consumer trends into tangible product concepts.
  • Conduct thorough sensory evaluations and work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients that meet our exacting standards.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch in collaboration with operations and technical teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging culinary trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences through market research and industry analysis.
Your Expertise

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • A strong foundation in food science or technology, ideally with practical experience in manufacturing processes, particularly pasteurisation and sterilisation.
  • Demonstrable experience in product development within the food industry, preferably within a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative flair for developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and departments.
