As a dedicated nurse in the Mental Health Assessment Unit, you will be responsible for the care and safety of patients, providing simple and early psychosocial interventions. You will work in partnership with the Psychiatric Liaison Team to facilitate patients' admission to secondary care services or discharge with community support.
