As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-led care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and supportive care therapies.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising shifts, communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and exercising clinical judgment and decision-making about patient needs. You will also participate in the day-to-day organization and running of clinical trials, including the recruitment, education, and monitoring of patients.
In addition, you will be responsible for assuming personal accountability for nursing care delivered to patients, participating in Trust initiatives around infection control and care quality indicators, and assisting with local or trust initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement of services and safeguarding of high standards of care.
