Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including medication management and wound care
- Lead and mentor the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion
- Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.00
- Flexible shift patterns, including 07:00am-20.30pm and 20.15pm-07.15am
- Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
