We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. As a Night Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents and leadership to the care team.
- Manage monthly routine medication and supervise the care team when delivering this.
- Respond to any and all emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in decisions about their care.
- Review and update personal care plans in line with Signature policy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.00.
- Night shift opportunities.
