We are in search of an experienced professional to join the Worldwide Advertising Sales team as a Senior Video Advertising Strategy Lead.
This position will report directly to the Head of Worldwide Video Go-To-Market and will play a crucial role in shaping the cohesive go-to-market strategy and its execution for advertising solutions across Amazon's video and streaming platforms on a global scale.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the broader Worldwide and regional Go-To-Market teams, contributing to the overall Video strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive the vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to enhance our video go-to-market strategy across all video platforms.
- Promote the adoption of Amazon's video advertising solutions, including business management to support the Video organization's objectives related to revenue, product adoption, and advertiser development.
- Collaborate directly with regional Video Sales Specialists and sales teams through sales enablement and demand generation strategies to meet revenue and adoption goals.
- Aggregate Voice of Customer insights and partner with Worldwide Go-To-Market teams to advance video solutions for clients and foster growth for Amazon.
- Work alongside Ads Marketing to develop compelling Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
- Assist in the creation of regional training materials for effective sales enablement execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue generation and strategic leadership within video and streaming that empowers them to formulate a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Amazon's video advertising initiatives.
This leader will engage cross-functionally with stakeholders across Amazon's video properties and collaborate closely with Sales to drive revenue growth in this sector.
Essential qualifications include:
- A proven history of developing and implementing go-to-market strategies within the streaming and video landscape.
- Experience collaborating with Product teams for roadmap decision-making and packaging.
- Experience working with content creators and show-runners to identify advertising opportunities.
- A track record of establishing programs such as joint business plans, commercial agreements, and innovative service offerings.
- Demonstrated success in working with clients to introduce new products, establish market fit, and assist the broader organization in scaling sales of solutions.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree.
