About the Role:

BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager - Laboratory Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our well-established French customer base, working closely with scientific contacts within purchasing and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with French customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with lab managers, technicians, and researchers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Travel to France once per month to meet with customers and partners
  • Meet with colleagues in our Luton office once per week to discuss progress and share best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Scientific degree and sales experience, or technical understanding and experience working in a lab
  • Passport

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,500 depending on experience
  • 20% uncapped bonus
