About Our Service User
Our service user is a toddler residing with her family.
We are seeking an interactive and engaging Healthcare Assistant to provide care on a one-to-one basis throughout the day and night.
She enjoys playing, exploring sensory activities, listening to nursery rhymes, and watching her favorite shows.
During the day, you will accompany her to her educational setting, offering full support with her physical and clinical needs.
She is full of energy and curiosity, and we are looking for a care team to deliver attentive and specialized care to ensure her well-being and development.
During night shifts, you will provide comfort and reassurance as needed, while promoting a peaceful environment. You will manage her clinical interventions and ensure her needs are met promptly.
Important Note: There are pets in the home, so it is essential that you are comfortable around animals.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with the following:
- At least 3 months of prior care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Comfort with Pets
Experience with the following clinical needs is desirable but not essential:
- Ventilation Management
- Tracheostomy Care
Our service user has specifically requested female staff for their care team.
Available Shifts:
- Part-Time
- Days: 9am – 3pm (Monday to Friday)
- Nights: 8pm – 7am (Monday to Sunday)
Compensation Rates:
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour
Weeknights: £13.50 per hour
Weekends: £14.00 per hour
Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour
