### Job Title: Head of Human Resources Director

### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive business success. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our corporate objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and improvement
* Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters
* Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
* Analyze trends and opportunities to inform HR strategies and initiatives
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

### Requirements:

* A third-level qualification in a relevant subject or professional qualification of an equivalent level
* 3 years' relevant management experience in a senior HR role in an organization of similar scale or complexity
* CIPD professional membership (Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow status)
* Awareness of current issues affecting Local Government in Northern Ireland
* Full current driving license or access to suitable transport
