Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Artemis Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns and issues effectively.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to upskill the workforce.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in developing people and driving organizational success.
